Position Summary | |
To provide technical support to the process units, Planning & Supply, maintenanceand SHERQ via advanced motioriing ,optimisation,trouble shooting, investigations and management of change./ To manage the technology related units under influence, via partnering with vendors and licensors.. Technical • Process unit optimisation; • Unit performance monitoring; • Technical problem solving; • Development of concept proposals; • Implementation of modifications; • Profit improvement concepts; • Process energy improvement. • Catalyst loading and shutdown support Management • Co-ordination and liaison with other functional divisions; • Plan, prioritise and execute monthly tasks thoroughly and independently; • Render input with respect to process division strategies; • Generate monthly reports; • Reactor catalyst management | |

Duties include the writing of four accurate, newsworthy stories each day after interviewing key people to cover all angles. Ensure that all facts are double checked and that all deadlines are adhered to. Remove old interviews from the audio vault each day and maintain the system. Submit monthly reports and attend all daily and monthly meetings.
Compile and present credible, up to the minute hourly news bulletins in a professional but easy to understand manner; take good quality photos/videos when doing field work; attend to listener queries by phone, in person or via e-mail in a polite, patient manner.
Requirements
Knowledge of sound recording and editing equipment is essential, must understand media, defamation and broadcast laws, must be a strong researcher with excellent computer skills and must be a fluent, confident news reader.
